What You'll Do

Generate and close residential roofing sales
Perform roof inspections and guide customers through insurance and project processes
Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and adjusters
Manage projects from signed contract through completion
Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or exterior restoration
Proven closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs
Tech-savvy (CRM, smartphone, tablet)
Valid driver's license

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000-$75,000 (DOE)
Uncapped Commission
Realistic First-Year Earnings: $100,000-$150,000+
Top Performers: $200,000+
