You will meet with local homeowners, inspect their roofs for wear or storm damage, and deliver sharp, professional proposals that close deals. We provide you with qualified, scheduled appointments-no cold calling required.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing and gutter needs, explain our premium materials, and present tailored project options.Property Inspections: Safely inspect roofs, document wear-and-tear or weather damage, and capture photos to build a visual case for the homeowner.Close the Deal: Use your negotiation skills to overcome objections, assist with insurance claims if applicable, and secure signed agreements on-site.Pipeline Management: Log all activity in our CRM, follow up diligently with open estimates, and protect a premium customer experience.Project Handoff: Coordinate seamlessly with our production and roofing crews so projects launch cleanly and expectations stay crisp.What a Typical Day Looks LikeYour morning starts with a quick route check and lead review, then you're off across San Antonio to your scheduled in-home appointments. Each stop is a chance to step on a roof, evaluate the scope, and build trust with a homeowner who needs their property protected.Between visits, you'll tighten notes in your system, send out digital proposals, and follow up with pending clients to keep your pipeline moving.
