Farha Roofing - an award-winning, family-owned company - is seeking an experienced and driven Residential Roofing Superintendent to lead our Kansas City production team.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all residential roofing production from start to finish
- Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency
- Schedule jobs, coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Serve as the primary point of contact between crews, Project Managers, and homeowners when needed
- Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly
- Review and manage change orders and job costs
- Lead and participate in production and scheduling meetings
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Residential roofing experience required (Superintendent or similar role preferred)
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read work orders, scopes, and manufacturer specifications
- Comfortable climbing roofs and lifting up to 80 lbs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems)
- Must pass a drug and background check

Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment. Certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on job-related criteria, including safety, driving responsibility, and protection of company and customer property. All results are reviewed individually based on relevance and timing of offenses.
