Internship Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop and refine direct sales skills to generate revenue
- Foster a culture of success through friendly competition and growth-minded thinking
- Stay coachable and share ideas to strengthen the team
- Engage with customers/clients to provide service and/or sales
- Demonstrate newly learned skills to reach higher levels of achievement
- Use the provided technology to streamline efficiency
Earnings and Benefits:
- Base pay: $1,200
- Average first-year rep earns $5,000–$10,000/month in commission (with realistic potential to earn more)
