Security Officer Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 11 PM – 7 AMShift: Overnight shift Pay rate: $19.00 HourlyWhy join us?Signal of New England is seeking current and aspiring motivated security professionals with a desire to have a direct impact in the safety and wellbeing of the local community. Signal offers industry-leading training, incentive-based raises, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.Description:As a Signal of New England Security Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shiftMonitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
- Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident mannerMaintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidentsRespond promptly to emergencies or alarms
- Ensure all building access points are secureQualifications & Requirements:Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
- Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularlyStrong observational and communication skills
- Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionallyExperience in residential security is a plus, but not requiredCandidates local to the area are strongly encouraged to apply
