- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential homes
- Provide clear communication and solution options to homeowners
- Perform maintenance, installations, and system upgrades
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems
- Inspect electrical components such as breakers and transformers
- Ensure all work meets national and local electrical codes
- Respond to service calls within a 5‑county area
- Apply strong knowledge of electrical theory
- Install wiring, devices, and commercial electrical components
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
- Install, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, generators, lighting, circuits, and more
- Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project needs
- Repair and maintain high‑voltage systems
- Lead projects when needed and communicate with the estimating team
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience (license preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairs
- Residential Service: ability to collect payment when required
- Commercial: availability for weekend emergency on‑call rotation (approx. every 8th weekend)
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Commitment to treating customers with dignity and respect
