Position: Residential Service HVAC TechnicianCome be part of the team at One Hour Heating & Air! Franchise locally owned and operated servicing the Richmond area since 1976. We thrive on the ability to meet all customer needs in a time sensitive manner while maintaining a positive work-life balance for our employees.

We are currently looking for someone who:

-Has 5 plus years of residential HVAC service work

-Puts the customer first

-Wants to grow with a company

-Is an organized problem solver

-Is willing to go above and beyond for their customers

-Can pass a background check, drug test, and have an acceptable driving record

What we DON’T do: New Construction, Multi-Family Homes, Commercial/Industrial, NO Traveling

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
