Job Description

Position: Residential Service Plumber

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

Pay Rate: $35.00/hr to $40.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential plumbing or apartment/property maintenance
Plumbing training or certification preferred
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
