S&J Plumbing is looking for a motivated Sewer Sales Specialist to help homeowners solve sewer and drain issues with confidence. Requirements

This role can be structured around your experience and skill set. Some Sewer Sales Specialists focus strictly on sales and customer solutions with no physical labor or installation work involved, while others prefer a hybrid role that includes participating in sewer repair or installation work tied to the jobs they sell.

We offer commission opportunities up to 24% for team members who combine sales performance with hands-on project involvement. Whether you’re sales-driven, technically skilled, or both, this role offers flexibility and strong earning potential.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Perform sewer inspections and evaluate residential sewer/drain issues
  • Present repair and replacement solutions to homeowners
  • Educate customers and help them make confident buying decisions
  • Build trust through professionalism, communication, and technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with sewer technicians, excavation crews, and office staff
  • Maintain accurate estimates, notes, and customer records
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
