How You'll Make an Impact

As a Residential Technician, you provide the essential stability and monitoring our clients need during their recovery journey. You will:

Provide Vital Support: Monitor and assist individuals receiving services to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Healthcare Coordination: Support medication administration and accurate documentation per agency policy.
Life Skills Mentorship: Support daily routines, household activities, and life skills groups.
Communication: Complete service notes and communicate vital updates to the clinical team and supervisors.
Mobility: Provide transportation for clients as directed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and proof of insurance.
