This includes assessing damage, cleaning and salvaging materials, removing and replacing damaged components, and restoring structures to safe and livable conditions.This role requires physical stamina, technical skill with hand and power tools, and the professionalism to represent the company while working directly in clients homes and businesses.Key Responsibilities
- Assess properties damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather-related disasters
- Clean, pack, and store salvageable belongings and materials
- Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related structural materials
- Perform water mitigation and extraction services
- Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces
- Repair and restore residential and commercial structures
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Provide excellent customer service while on location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain physical stamina for cleanup and restoration work
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in the field in various weather conditions and environments
- Valid state driver s license with a good driving record
- Neat, professional appearance
