About Us:Innovative Attraction Management partners with premier destinations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Fitness Class Instructor to lead invigorating morning classes for guests at the stunning Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center.

The Opportunity:Become a part of our wellness team and inspire guests to start their day with energy and intention. You will lead a signature body weight fitness class in a beautiful resort setting, helping visitors maintain their wellness routines while traveling.

Schedule & Hours:

Class Days: Every Wednesday and Thursday
Class Time: 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Shift Commitment: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM (includes 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown)
Total Weekly Hours: 4 hours (2 classes)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a safe, effective, and motivating 60-minute fitness class utilizing body weight exercises
Welcome and engage with guests of all fitness levels, creating an inclusive and positive environment.
Set up the class space before guests arrive and ensure the area is clean and tidy after class.
Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique to prevent injury.
Provide clear verbal instructions and modifications to accommodate beginners and challenge advanced participants.
Represent Innovative Attraction Management and the Gaylord Pacific Resort with a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Certified Group Fitness Instructor (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM) or equivalent specialty certification.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Proven experience teaching group fitness classes.
Ability to design and lead creative, equipment-free workouts that are scalable for various fitness levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, reliable, and professional with a guest-focused attitude.
A Plus: Formal yoga training or experience (Yoga Alliance RYT® is a bonus).
