- Education Requirements: Special Education certification, NC background/fingerprints*
- Certifications Requirements: Special Education certification required*
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role*
- Other Requirements: Must have NC background checks/fingerprints, ability to work in a school setting, strong communication skills, and a background suited for elementary or high school resource special education roles

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement adaptive curriculum strategies.*
- Support elementary and high school students with individualized education plans (IEPs).*
- Assess student needs and modify instruction accordingly to promote success.*
