The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Epic experience Airway Management Devices/Suctioning required: Endrotracheal tube/suctioning, Extubation, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal/suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy/suctioning Medication Administration required: Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Lidocaine, Nitric Oxide (INo), Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Xopenex Medication Delivery Systems: Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Metered dose inhaler Nebulizer required: Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar, Ultrasonic Oxygen Therapy required: High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Ventilator Management: BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation ABG interpretation required Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Teaching / Level Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 1259 Scrub Color: medium to dark gray Charting: EPIC Parking: Monthly parking passes available. Security and Parking: 314-362-0750 o North Surface Lot-$73 (price and availability may vary) o Clayton Ave. Building Southeast Lot- $63 (price and availability may vary) o Clayton Taylor Garage- $73 (price and availability may vary) For orientation: park in the Laclede Garage (4929 Forest Park Ave, St. Louis Mo. 63108) for which there is a $15.00 charge. If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day. AO
