Prescreening Question: Before submission, please provide written confirmation from the traveler that they are comfortable and aware of the every other weekend requirement
IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
First Time Travelers Accepted
Shift: 3x12's. Every Other Weekend required.
Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered) Indiana State License Required.PALS preferred. Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA.
Skillset Requirements: Must have L&D experience, as they will be primarily in L&D. NICU, 2 years minimum experience required
Minimum Experience Required: Must have Children's Hospital experience within the last 3 years; Open to travelers whose experience is a level 1 adult facility
Unit Information: Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility.
Floating Requirements: PICU and some Peds Acute Care
Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
Periop/OR RN s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
