Your job is more than a job
The Manager, Respiratory is responsible for managing all aspects of the respiratory care department and establishes policies, procedures and standards. Provides the highest standard of patient care to neonates, infants, toddlers, school age children, adolescents, young adults and adults. Responsible for implementing the organizational structure to support services for respiratory care populations, ensuring high quality patient care and enhancing accountability for value-driven outcomes.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: 3 (three) years of experience in Respiratory Care Department of comparable size and complexity, at least 1 (one) year should have been in a progressively responsible position in management.
- Preferred: Neonatal and Pediatric Respiratory Therapy experience.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
