Job Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist location: Cranston RI 4 hours per week. Shift: Day Hours/Week: 4 Start Time: 8:00 AM End Time: 4:00 PM Location: RISPH-State of Rhode Island Licensure Required-This would be a per diem role and hours would fluctuate depending on need. After orientation, it is estimated 8-10 hours a month, however it could be more depending on patient need.-Psychiatric experience is strongly preferred, and all candidates should be aware that this is a forensic setting.-See Job Description attached. Credentials Required if Selected: Resume Physical (within 1 year of start date) State of RI License Verification Covid Proof (documentation expected if already vaccinated) or declination form TB (within 1 year of start date) MMR Varicella Tdap HepB (can sign Declination Form) Flu (can sign Declination Form) Driver's License N95 CPR/BLS#ZRHC#TB_HC
