Salary range: $35 - $4040 hours Monday- Friday Weekend rotation 8 hour dayshift

Responsibilities
Assess and triage patients to provide accurate respiratory therapies and interventions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with physicians.
Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies to optimize outcomes.
Support pipeline-based territory planning and meet defined performance targets.
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
Participate in performance measurement and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and handoffs.
Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue certifications.
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, therapies, and self-management.
Experience/Qualifications
Respiratory Therapist (RT) with active state license.
Clinical assessment skills to triage and initiate appropriate therapies.
Develop and adjust individualized patient treatment plans with physician collaboration.
Performance-driven mindset with ability to meet pipeline-based targets.
Compliance with regulatory, clinical, and organizational policies; HIPAA awareness.
Experience with respiratory equipment setup, calibration, and safety protocols.
Comprehensive documentation of patient progress and handoffs in EHR systems.
Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and seamless patient transitions.
Quality improvement participation and data-driven practice enhancements.
Professional development focus; pursuit of relevant certifications (e.g., specialty areas).
Patient and family education on respiratory conditions and self-management.
On-site availability with the ability to handle high-visibility workload and metrics.
