Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy techniques and equipment use.
Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the workplace.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Analyze therapy outcomes to improve treatment plans and patient care.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry advancements.
Provide feedback on therapy protocols to improve service delivery.

Experience/Qualifications
