Compensation

• Less than 1 year: $27.42/hr• 2–3 years: $29.89/hr• 4–5 years: $31.12/hr• 6–7 years: $32.36/hr• 9–10+ years: $33.59/hr• 16+ years: $36.95/hr

Shift Differentials:• Nights: +$3.25/hr• Weekends: +$2.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (Evening and Night Shifts)Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Position Overview

This is an opportunity to join a state-of-the-art acute care facility as a Respiratory Therapist, providing high-quality respiratory care to diverse patient populations. You will work alongside an experienced clinical team committed to excellence, innovation, and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage both routine and advanced respiratory care therapies• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment• Perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)• Assess patient responses, side effects, and medication dosages• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams• Educate patients and families on care plans, therapies, and equipment

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience (acute care preferred: ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or Critical Care). Home care or long-term care considered• Licensure: Active Florida Respiratory Care License• Certifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – NBRC

• BLS required upon hire

• ACLS within 30 days

• PALS within 30 days

• NRP within 30 days
