Job Description
Location: Ocala, FL 34474Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation
Hourly Rates:
$27.42/hr
2–3 years: $29.89/hr
4–5 years: $31.12/hr
6–7 years: $32.36/hr
9–10+ years: $33.59/hr
16+ years: $36.95/hr
Differentials:
Nights: +$3.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
$15,000 (Days)
$25,000 (Nights)
Relocation: Case-by-case
Position Overview
Ocala Health—comprised of a 256-bed hospital and a 174-bed hospital—is seeking skilled Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join their expanding team. The system provides advanced services including robotic surgery, comprehensive cardiac care, and Level II Trauma services.
In this role, you will perform all aspects of respiratory care, including complex therapy procedures and management of acute care ventilators for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all respiratory therapy procedures for acute and critical care patients.
Manage mechanical ventilators and associated equipment.
Maintain accurate department records and documentation.
Work independently during shifts without direct Team Leader supervision.
Qualifications
1+ years of recent acute care RRT experience required.
Must hold (or be eligible for) a Florida RRT license.
CRT-only applicants will not be considered.
