Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient assessments according to physician orders and company protocols
• Provide patient education on respiratory equipment, prescribed therapies, and compliance expectations
• Set up and manage advanced home respiratory equipment (including ventilators, PAP therapy, oxygen systems, infant monitors, and other high-acuity devices)
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Complete in-home follow-up visits and patient evaluations
• Communicate patient status updates and clinical findings to physicians as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

What You NeedRequired

• Active Respiratory Therapist license: RRT or CRT only (VA contract requirement)
• Ability to maintain all required state licensure and credentialing requirements
• Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, Arkansas
• Personal vehicle required (with mileage reimbursement for eligible business travel)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (as described)
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• Home healthcare experience
• Respiratory therapy experience
• DME (durable medical equipment) experience
• Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
• One year of related clinical experience

About the AssignmentThis is a highly flexible home healthcare PRN respiratory therapy role focused on patient education, equipment setup, and ongoing respiratory support. You’ll accept the patient setups and visits you want, with the territory based out of Mountain Home, Arkansas and covering approximately a 2-hour radius or more (may include parts of Arkansas and southern Missouri depending on service needs).
