- Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
- Start Date: Immediate or as agreed
- Duration: Full-time
- Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Hours/week: 40
- Employment Type: Full-time
- License/Certs: Active Arkansas or Missouri RT license required
- Experience: 1+ year preferred, home healthcare experience a plus
- Pay rate: $30 to $38 per hour based on experience
- Bonus: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)

- Other perks: Company van for daily route coverage and patient visits
- Conduct in-home assessments of respiratory needs
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and equipment use
- Monitor equipment performance and address issues promptly
- Support patients with ongoing follow-up and care instructions
- Perform VA oxygen setups and respiratory procedures per physician orders
- Provide after-hours patient support and call coverage as needed
- Valid active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, AR
- Willingness to obtain neighboring state license within 30 days, if applicable
- Home healthcare or DME experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
