This unique opportunity allows you to create your own schedule while supporting critical patient care needs.Work EnvironmentThis per-diem role involves flexible scheduling with opportunities to support patient equipment setups, primarily for non-invasive ventilation (NIV) and other respiratory equipment needs. Position DetailsLocation: Grand Junction, ColoradoCoverage: Mesa, Delta, and Montrose CountiesSchedule: Flexible, as-neededTypical Hours: 1-2 days per week (16-20 hours when primary RT is unavailable)Compensation: $5-$100 per service setupKey Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments
• Provide equipment education and setup
• Monitor respiratory equipment function
• Perform NIV and other respiratory equipment setups
• Communicate patient findings to physicians
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support patient compliance and therapy understanding
