Job Description
Summary:
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Assignment Dates: 09/08/26 to 12/12/26
- Shift: 12H Nights, 6:45PM-7:15AM
Responsibilities:
- Float Requirement: North or South Campus (TBD)
- Weekend Requirement: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday)
- On-Call Requirement: None
- Holiday Requirement: Will be required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if contract goes over all 3 holidays; otherwise will only be required to work 1 major holiday
Requirements:
- Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
- Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
- Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Required Clinical Experience:
- Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
- Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric ED
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
- Minimum 5 years of RRT experience
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
- Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
Additional Notes:
- RTO (Requested Time Off): No more than 10 days off during the contract; No RTO approved within the first 2 weeks of assignment
- Flu Vaccination Policy: Medical and religious exemptions allowed
