• Current State Respiratory Therapist licensure
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy
• Successful completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Current ACLS certification
• Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a rural healthcare setting

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in a rural hospital setting
• Bilingual abilities
• Additional certifications such as PALS or ventilator management

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or higher
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in respiratory therapy
• Experience with neonatal and critical care is a plus

Other Requirements

• Availability for 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with flexibility for 12s if needed
• Weekend rotation participation required
• No float requirements
• No on-call or call-back duties
• Standard professional attire, with scrubs in green (flexible)
• Vaccination requirements include flu and Covid, with exemption options available
• Valid licensure, certifications, and relevant travel or reimbursement needs
