What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet customers with a warm smile upon their arrival, making them feel instantly at home. 

  • Menu Enthusiast: Share our enticing daily specials and make thoughtful recommendations to enhance their dining experience. 

  • Efficient Order Management: Secure drink and food orders with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring our guests enjoy their selections to the fullest. 

  • Attention to Detail: Inspect food for presentation and accuracy before it reaches the table, ensuring every plate is perfect. 

  • Guest Support: Maintain a clean and tidy table, promptly assisting with refills and special requests to exceed guest expectations. 

  • Station Maintenance: Keep your side station organized and clean, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Dynamic Personality: A high work ethic combined with a self-starter attitude and a genuine passion for serving others. 

  • Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor that puts guests at ease. 

  • Team Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working alongside others to deliver exceptional service. 

  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate our guests' needs. 

  • Experience: Previous server experience is preferred, but a great attitude and enthusiasm are just as important! 

  • Certifications: TABC and Food Handler certifications are required to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Compensation:
