What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service
- Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture
- Partner with colleagues, management, and vendors to promote team success
- Ensure consistency in food specs, quality, and execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Experience with chain restaurants strongly preferred
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
