Restaurant / Bar Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations from opening to closing, ensuring a smooth shift flow. - Collaborate with team members during high-demand periods to deliver exceptional service. - Uphold and train staff on company protocols, including safety and preparation standards. - Offer real-time coaching to enhance performance and efficiency. - Promote a cohesive and upbeat shift atmosphere, addressing guest needs with attentiveness and care. - Communicate effectively with management, highlighting any operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in leadership within hospitality, restaurant, or foodservice settings is ideal. - Demonstrates resilience in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with efficiency. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Proven track record of guiding and supporting team members. - Decisive problem solver with sound judgment. - Dependability and accountability in fulfilling role responsibilities. - Experience with diverse teams, committed to listening and adapting. - Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft tools. - Honest, professional, and eager to contribute to a team-focused setting.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate between $20.00 - $30.00, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package including health insurance, four weeks of paid vacation, and pathways to advancement into managerial roles.
