Job Description
We are seeking Growing Individuals that are looking for Advancement Opportunities. Do you have what it takes to become a General Manager of a Quick Service Restaurant, but not enough experience?
GM IN TRAINING is an opportunity to get you to that next level.
The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service.RESPONSIBILITIES to be Trained:
- Daily operations of the restaurant
- Hiring and training a great team
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out

- Requirements: High School diploma or GED.
- QSR experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and build a great team.
- Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
