Position Summary

As a Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality meals our guests know and love. From preparing fresh food to maintaining a clean, safe kitchen, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a great dining experience. You'll also work closely with your teammates to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Arrive on time, ready to work in a clean, complete uniform.
Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and warm greeting.
Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Stock, prep, and organize your station for each shift.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times.
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
Communicate concerns, equipment issues, or guest feedback to management promptly.
Support your teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Follow Huddle House food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Help control food costs by minimizing waste and practicing proper portion control.
Perform additional prep, cleaning, and kitchen duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to delivering excellent food and exceptional guest service.
Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
