Key Responsibilities
Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes
Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines
Working across different dining areas as needed
Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings
Planning and organizing daily food production to ensure timely service
Maintaining proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Highschool / GED Required
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Cafeteria Cooking experience.
- Serve safe food handlers Preferred, but not required.
- English language proficiency
