Drive sales through guest service, team development, and operational management

Resolve guest issues promptly and execute local marketing initiatives

PeopleRecruit, onboard, and develop a team of 20–45 employees

Coach Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members to grow and perform

What You'll Own

OperationsManage staffing, scheduling, and labor to optimize performance

Uphold brand standards, food safety, and full regulatory compliance

What We're Looking ForMust be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred1–2 years of restaurant management experience

Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers

Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

Commitment to guest service excellence

Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
