Job Description

General Manager – Full Time

We are a well-established restaurant group with multiple locations throughout the Northeast, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a lively, casual atmosphere. For more than three decades, our focus has remained the same: serve outstanding food, provide warm hospitality, and create value for our guests.

We're currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in both culinary operations and team development.

What You'll Do

Train, mentor, and guide hourly staff to consistently deliver company food quality and service expectations.
Maintain high operational standards across all areas, including product quality, customer service, sanitation, and safety.
Oversee day-to-day operations to achieve or surpass established business objectives.
Analyze operational challenges, determine underlying causes, and implement effective corrective solutions.
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
Foster a supportive, team-focused work environment built on accountability, efficiency, and strong values.
Represent the brand by promoting its core principles and delivering a distinctive guest experience.
Collaborate with CEO to monitor performance indicators and help achieve financial and operational goals.
Ensure adherence to all applicable health codes, safety standards, and employment laws.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
