Restaurant General Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state-required work cards
• A willingness to learn, keep an open mind and be receptive to training
• Previous management experience a plus
• Servsafe certified a plus
• Experience growing KPI's, basic understanding of a P&L and managing costs
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor to employees.
