Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of fine dining management experience (seafood helpful but not required)
Expertise in fine dining establishments
Proven ability to professionally lead, train, and inspire teams
Strategic thinker with operational excellence and guest-first focus
Dependable and eager to flourish long-term with am amazing team
Experience with TOAST, ADP, OpenTable, or HotSchedules preferred
