What You’ll Do as a Restaurant/Kitchen Team Member
- Prepare and cook food to Culver’s quality and safety standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
- Ensure proper food handling, portioning, and presentation
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Work closely with team members to deliver smooth, efficient service
- Follow recipes and procedures consistently
You will be responsible for protecting product quality and maintaining kitchen performance during peak hours.
