Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy Assistant Store Manager who can lead a team, handle the rush, keep the energy up, and help create a place where both employees and guests genuinely enjoy being.

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager:
- Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
- Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts.
- Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point.
- Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Support hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front.
- Help create a fun, positive, team-first culture.
- Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed.

- Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
