Job Description
Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH (Polaris Area).We are looking for a strong leader with quick-service restaurant or food service management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while leading daily operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.Pay Rate:
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities as the business grows

- Previous Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Quick-Service Management experience preferred
- Quick food service experience highly preferred
- Must have reliable transportation for daily product pickups and deliveries
- Must obtain and maintain a ServSafe Manager Certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Ability to enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must successfully pass any required background screening and pre-employment requirements
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Drive sales and ensure efficient store performance
- Complete daily product pickups and deliveries from the Central Kitchen
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
- Enforce company SOPs and maintain operational consistency
- Monitor inventory and ensure the store is properly stocked
- Open and close the store as needed while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
