This role requires a leader with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality and craft beer. The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and inspire a team that embodies B1C's mission and culture.What You'll DoLeadership & SupervisionManage all aspects of the Manchester operation, including seasonal outdoor spaces and events.Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to B1C's culture and standards.Develop and execute training programs to onboard and continuously educate staff.Provide hands-on coaching and foster a supportive, collaborative environment.Operations & ComplianceOversee daily operations, from food and beverage service to private events.Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and sanitation standards.Manage vendors, ordering, inventory, and POS systems (Toast expertise preferred).Strategic Planning & Financial OversightDevelop and execute budgets and business plans to achieve financial goals.Analyze key metrics and report results to B1C leadership.Identify and implement long-term strategies for growth and improvement.Marketing & Community EngagementLead local marketing efforts, including social media, Google, Untappd, and more, in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.What We're Looking For5+ years of Food & Beverage general management experience, including opening new establishments.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Proven expertise in POS systems, cost control, cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A passion for craft beer and creating unforgettable guest experiences.Why Join Barrel One Collective?At B1C, we're more than a business-we're a community united by a love for great beer, exceptional food, and unforgettable experiences.
