Responsibilities:

Professional, reliable, and motivated, working with the Operator and General Manager. Run shifts effectively to provide delicious food and excellent guest experience
Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Protect and contribute to a fun environment

Qualifications:

Demonstrated passion and leadership
Strong communication and organization skills
A great attitude and genuine smiling personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Sanitation Manager Certified
1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is highly recommended
