Job Summary

Labriola Michigan and Labriola Italian Specialties are seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position with a clear pathway for continued growth within our organization.

The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff. This position is ideal for someone with strong service experience who is ready to further develop their leadership and management skills in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service
Build strong guest relationships by engaging with customers and creating repeat clientele
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
Support scheduling, inventory control, and other operational tasks
Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to stay composed under pressure and think quickly
Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience opening a new restaurant concept
Strong interviewing, hiring, and training skills
Experience with R365 and Toast POS systems
