Now Hiring: Dunkin’ Restaurant Manager

Lead the team. Own the shift. Set the standard.

Are you a confident leader who knows how to motivate a team, deliver results, and keep the energy strong—even during the morning rush? We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front and create a restaurant where employees and guests feel welcome.

Schedule Commitment

Five-day workweek
Minimum of 45 hours per week
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

What You’ll Own

Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and motivate a winning team
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
Maintain Dunkin’ brand standards for food quality, beverage accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality
Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash controls, and restaurant profitability
Improve drive-thru speed and order accuracy
Keep the restaurant inspection-ready and EcoSure-ready every day
Maintain proper staffing and ensure shifts run smoothly
Address employee and guest concerns professionally
Create a positive, accountable, team-first culture
Lead by example—because great managers don’t just give directions; they set the pace

What We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant management or strong leadership experience
High energy, excellent communication, and a solutions-first mindset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Confidence coaching employees and holding the team accountable
Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Commitment to Dunkin’ operational standards and exceptional guest service
