Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring a knowledgeable, experienced Front of House Manager.

Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / Responsibilities

Applicant must have:

A minimum of 2 years upscale dining management and table service experience

  • A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details
  • Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation
  • CA and Italian wine service knowledge
  • A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry
  • A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
  • A positive leadership style.
