Luci's Marketplace/Luci's at the Orchard in Central Phoenix and Luci’s at the Grove in Scottsdale is looking for a Great Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a Creative and Detail oriented person.
We have a very positive atmosphere for our Loyal Customers and Staff. This is a great long term opportunity for a person with the right skills. We are a Different and Fun Urban Neighborhood Market with a Coffee Bar and Kitchen.Must be available 45 to 50 hour per week, including weekends.
This is a great long term opportunity for a person with the right skills that can grow into a General Management position.

Job Description
- Oversee every aspect restaurant / operations
- Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations
- Ensures that the business is adequately staffed to meet guest needs
- Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Ensures food quality and spec is to company standards
- Hospitality and standards are being met during all guest connection
- Monitors speed of service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ year of experience as a manager in full service or casual dining.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, teaching and motivating a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high-performing team
- Develop and mentor employees for both personal and professional growth
