Job Description

Restaurant Manager

Salary: $70,000 annuallyStarting Rate: $24.76 per hour (based on a 50-hour work week)

We are seeking a highly motivated, service-driven Restaurant Manager to join our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, holds themselves and their team to high standards, and is excited to grow with a company that is actively expanding.

Our company has opened four new restaurants in the past year and has plans to open four more locations within the next year. We are looking for managers who want to be part of that growth and help build exceptional teams and guest experiences.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $70,000 per year

  • Benefit eligibility after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards

  • Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve company goals

  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and problem-solving

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant

  • Manage labor, scheduling, and team performance

  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and food safety standards

  • Foster a positive and accountable work environment

  • Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ability to maintain high standards and hold team members accountable

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred but not required

  • Certified Food Handler certification preferred but not required

  • Willingness to learn kitchen operations and food preparation standards (training provided)
