What You'll Do

- Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships to keep the restaurant running at its best.
- Monitor quality control for both food and service, addressing issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the chef and owners to develop seasonal menus and special events.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of restaurant management or high-volume hospitality experience.
