We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.Â
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with coordination of catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Open and close the restaurant following managerial procedures.
- Seat guests, help in expo, or run food as necessary
- Be a positive influence on our staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our staff and our guests
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in casual or upscale casual dining restaurants.
- Excellent coaching skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
- Open availability
Expected hours: 25-32 per weekWe understand that that this is not a 40+ hour per week position and are not requiring that we be your only employment. We do need to be your first obligation.Â
