Established in 2013 by Charlotte locals Chef Bruno Macchiavello and Randy Garcia , VIVA Chicken is not just a restaurant; it's a celebration of authentic Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken) as you would find on the streets of Peru.

Imagine working in a vibrant, scratch kitchen where freshness is our daily mantra. We promise you a menu bursting with distinctive and inspired recipes, all served in an inviting atmosphere. Based in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina, VIVA Chicken has spread its wings to 15 locations across the Carolinas. We're on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team!

At Viva Chicken, we're all about serving the Hottest Freshest Chicken driven by Passion for Real Food, an Obsession for Personalized Hospitality, and a genuine Commitment to People. Our Managers kickstart their journey with a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 and potential to earn total compensation of a mouthwatering $60,000 to $70,000 per year!
