SNAP Custom Pizza is looking for a prep cook to work in our restaurant in the Trabant Student Center at the University of Delaware. This individual is responsible for maintaining an excellent work environment through means of following preparation guidelines, cleaning/ sanitizing procedures, utilizing kitchen and inventory management skills. Professional DevelopmentCompetitive Pay, $15/hour Responsibilities:Prepare dough, cheese, sauces, and pizza toppings using preparation guidelines and proper portioning tools

Ensure all food and other items are stored and dated properly

Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation practices

Monitor and maintain the quality of each product

Monitor inventory and place food orders as necessary
