What we are looking for:

Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.

What you will do:

Greet all guests in polite and professional manner
Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service
Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the day and be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special
Ascertain a guests satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved

What we ask of you:

High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
Minimum of Three Years Fine dining serving or bartending experience.
Strong verbal communication skills to be able serve guests and accurately follow instructions
Enter all orders in the restaurants computer system
Commitment to work 40 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 20 pounds
Authorized to work in the U.S.
